Dexion P90 Adjustable Pallet Racking

From the market leaders, we supply and install Dexion P90 adjustable pallet racking. For all common pallet storage applications the system is fully adjustable and will accommodate standard pallets loaded by conventional counterbalance forklift truck. The most popular and best selling range is P90 Silverline, which is pre-galvanised for longevity, and uses a unique I Beam to provide maximum strength with greatest economy.

Dexion P90 Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking

Where space is at a premium and a special narrow aisle forklift can be used, we install narrow aisle high rise pallet racking. With uprights up to 12 metres high and guide rails to guide the forklift truck, the Dexion narrow aisle system maximises the available floor space and headroom to produce a high density storage system which still maintains complete flexibility of pallet selection.

Dexion P90 Deepstor Racking

Most commonly used in cold stores or in the food industry, Deepstor pallet racking enables 100% of the available floor space and headroom to be utilised to produce a maximum density storage system. Deepstor is ideal where there are pallets which have the same or similar goods, and where individual pallet selection is not critical. A conventional forklift can be used with this application.

Dexion P90 Push Back Racking

Where maximum density of storage with a greater degree of flexibility of pallet selection than deepstor is required, push back racking is the ideal solution. Moving trolleys arranged in front to back lanes enable pallets to be stored up to 5 deep in the rack, all picked from the same rack face by conventional forklift. When the front pallet is removed, gravity causes the pallets behind to roll forward, ready to be picked. This application works on the ‘last in, first out’ basis.
