The Modul8 Team

Modul8 was established in August 2003 and is based in Tullos, Aberdeen. Key personnel at Modul8 are:

Andy Davie, Managing Director

With over 15 years experience in Warehouse and Office fit-outs in the North East of Scotland. Andy ran the Dexion Storage centre in Aberdeen for 10 years before starting Modul8. With the help of the Modul8 team he has built the company up from three personnel up to around 37 today. Email Andy

Brian Middleton, Sales Director 

Brian has over 15 years experience in the Aberdeen property refurbishment market and is a specialist in Dexion racking systems and inspection on top of his expertise and knowledge in interior fit-out products. Brian started as Business Development Manager and has now progressed to Sales Director.  Email Brian

Calum Jaffray, Operations Manager

With over 15 years experience in demountable partitioning and suspended ceilings contracts, Calum’s background is in installing suspended ceilings and demountable partitioning. During his career so far at Modul8 Calum has progressed from foreman joiner to Contracts Manager and then on to Operations Manager. Email Calum

Brian Robb, Interiors Contracts Manager

Starting out as a time served shopfitting joiner, Brian's progress to Contracts Manager with strong health and safety knowledge and training and wide experience of interior fit-out contracts is an invaluable addition to the Modul8 team . Email Brian

Norman Perry, Contracts Manager and HSQE Inspector 

Norman has over 20 years experience in demountable partitioning and suspended ceilings contracts. Having worked with Caledonian Contracts in Aberdeen for 20 years, Norman has a wide experience of running interior refurbishment contracts.

Bill Mair, Storage Contracts Manager

Bill has over 20 years experience in a wide variety of shelving and racking contracts and warehouse fit out projects and is also a trained racking  inspector.  Email Bill  

Steven Murray, Estimator

Steven has over 20 years experience in shop fitting, manufactured joinery and interior fit-out projects and specialist sub-contract works for main contractors.  Email Steven
